The Space

A production creative studio space located in the heart of Hollywood. Studio Rental (Entire Studio Space) Cost: $10,000/day Site Rep: $350/day Cleaning Fee: $300/day Weekend HVAC: $1,200/day Extra: Parking: $24/day per spot Stand-alone costs for individual studio rentals upon request: Studio A - 1500 square foot studio perfect for photo shoots and video productions. Studio B - 750 sq ft studio with a 15’x25’x10’ white cyclorama wall with a 2.5' curve. Features: 15’x25’x10’ white cyclorama Furniture with the Studio A Rental: 2x two-person couches, 2x chairs Private green rooms, private make-up/hair/changing room. Equipment and amenities free with rental: Assorted c-stand and grip equipment (clamps, apple boxes, flags, sandbags, etc.) We have 10 desks that can be used as workstations at no extra cost. Climate controlled. HVAC systems have been optimized to deliver higher rates of fresh air to ensure compliance with Covid-19 guidelines. Plentiful parking in the attached garage to the complex (prices are posted at garage entrance). This is a first floor space. No elevators or stairs needed to access the studio. Limited touch points. Note: This is not a fully natural light studio. You will need artificial lighting. Either your own or you can rent our Kino LED package. 5 people in the studio 10 people in the studio (with permission prior to booking) We have a remote viewing setup available for use to any remote participants Available equipment for rental with certificate of insurance: Colored seamless paper is available for $10/pull LED continuous lighting rental package available for $50 per day (3x Kino Flo Freestyle 21 kit, 2x Litepanel Gemini, 2x Litemat 4+ kit, 8x Quasar Science Full RGB LED Lightbulbs 4’) Additional Services / Equipment If you need any additional production team members, such as camera person, lighting specialists, editor, sound, we have available for their respective (but highly competitive) prices. Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed One directional arrows

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

HOUSE RULES All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: ‣ Complete registration for any person entering the space for contact tracing ‣ Follow all posted guidelines regarding mask use, congregating in groups and wiping down of high touch surfaces unless otherwise noted ‣ Collect and clean dishes, silverware and other provided host amenities if applicable ‣ All productions must have a certified Covid Compliance Officer on set at all times. A CCO can be hired from DMM for an additional fee of $350/day. ‣ Productions will be limited to a maximum of 10 participants. We have remote viewing options available to our productions so other parties can participate in shoots remotely if needed. ‣ All participants must wear face coverings at all times in our studio unless eating or drinking. All food and drink must be single serving only. Sit-down meals will either require eating in shifts, or at seating areas large enough to allow for physical distancing of 6-feet or more. ‣ All participants will be subject to a temperature check before being allowed into the studio space along with health screening questions which will be administered by Envoy. ‣ All participants must follow our directional traffic areas when moving about the studios and maintain at least 6-feet of social distance. ‣ All production equipment (e.g. cameras, sound, etc) must be assigned to their designated handler and only be touched by that person. Said person will be in charge of cleaning and disinfecting their equipment at the end of each shoot day. ‣ All contracts, scripts and any other documents that are normally shared must be either distributed digitally or are printed and individually assigned to cast and crew to avoid sharing.
