Get out of the city!! Old and New space. This country home has some space from the late 1800's and a barnlike addition. Great for hosting private dinner parties, commercials, filming and cozy backyard events. Property borders a stream and the full inground swimming pool with outside shower.

The Space

You will love my space because it's a quiet country home. Good sized backyard with in-ground pool, fire pit, lots of trees and on a creek. A cozy different vibe for city folks looking for something different. Saugerties has become a major hot spot for filmmakers and the town is quant and friendly.
