Our space has a classic NYC loft aesthetic with high ceilings, exposed beams, original hardwood floors, red brick walls and lots of windows. Open layout with curated vintage furniture and lots of plants. The space features a full, spacious kitchen with modern appliances, granite countertops and large island - perfect for meal and beverage prep and entertaining. There is a private restroom in the space. Our fully equipped kitchen studio is designed to meet the needs of food & beverage shoots. The 2000 square foot open floor plan makes the space highly adaptable to all productions including table-top and beauty. The photographer's personal camera & personal digital are welcome. If you wish to bring in any other equipment, a fee of $700 per day applies. Be sure to select 'Outside Equipment' as an add-on. ★ INSURANCE All bookings require a valid Certificate of Insurance. If you don't carry insurance we are happy to help you easily obtain short-term coverage, just let us know if we can help. ★ SECURITY DEPOSIT (EVENTS & POP-UPS ONLY) A $500 security deposit is required for all events and pop-ups. The deposit will be returned within three business days minus any assessed additional cleaning charges or damages. ★ OCCUPANCY Maximum occupancy is 25. ★ AUDIO RECORDING & SOUND LIMIT Our studios are not sound-stages and are located in a building with other tenants. Productions successfully roll sound here however since every production is different we strongly urge that you schedule a time to scout to see if our studios meet your needs. We cannot advise on nor make any claim to the suitability of the facilities for recording audio for your production. Since we sometimes are hosting multiple shoots in our facilities and there are other tenants working in the building we are unable to create special audio-recording conditions. We, nor our guests, can not disturb other teams working in our studios nor other building tenants with requests to accommodate audio-recording needs. Renter assumes all risk for productions requiring audio recording. Out of respect for the neighbors in our building, the space has a volume limit & live performance of any kind is not permitted. Music must be kept under a conversational level. ★ CHECK IN/OUT Be sure to book enough time to accommodate your event in the door to out the door including load-in, set-up and load-out. Please do not arrive early and do not expect to stay beyond your booked time. On arrival a studio representative will show you into the space and ensure you have everything you need. Our offices are onsite and we are staffed for the duration of your event to support any need or address any issue that may arise. Hit is up for suggestions on combining the studios for your needs. ★ ADDITIONAL THINGS TO NOTE • No smoking or open flame permitted in the studios or building, including hallways, bathrooms, stairways, building entryway, and landings. • No drug use. • Studio usage is limited to photo and video shoots and pre-approved events. Any other usage is prohibited. Usage must be identified and agreed upon at the time of booking. • Maximum occupancy is 25 people. • No set construction is permitted within or around the studio or building including hallways and sidewalk. • Out of respect for our neighbors, studios have a volume limit & live performance of any kind is not permitted. • Personal camera & personal digital are welcome. If you wish to bring in any other equipment, a fee of $700 per day applies. • No liquids permitted on the cyc. • No equipment or people permitted on the curve (radius) of the cyc. • No gaffer tape allowed on the cyc. • Any and all usage of loose glitter or confetti requires prior approval and is subject to a cleaning charge of at least $300. • Any usage of foggers, hazers, fire, smoke or pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited. • Any usage of HMI or Tungsten lighting is subject to an added electricity usage surcharge of $200. • Animals are not permitted without prior written consent. • Sofas, plants and other furniture cannot be relocated for usage as props. If plants or other furniture are in your way please let the studio manager know.
