The Space

This 1,300 sqft well-appointed meeting space features high-end amenities, a maximum capacity of 20 people, and can be set up in several different configurations to suit the needs of your group. Our modern conference center is the perfect place for your next meeting. Located in a Class A office building situated on the western bank of the Chicago River, this space boasts large east-facing windows with beautiful views of the Chicago River, the Civic Opera House, the Mercantile Exchange, and other buildings in The Loop. Getting here is easy too. We're just steps from Union Station and Ogilvie Station, walking distance from public transportation, and there are several public parking garages nearby. Extra $50 fee for after hours booking will be incurred. 4 hour minimum is required for events that start after 4 pm Ideal uses of the space include team off-sites, brainstorming sessions, creative meetings, workshops, board meetings, planning sessions, strategy sessions, corporate training, interviews, focus groups, and more.

Association Forum Office Safety and Health Guidelines As we prepare to reopen our office, our approach is to do so safely and ensure safety not just for our team members but also for our guests. We will reduce exposure risk to everyone entering the office by establishing a process that includes a frequency of deep cleaning and disinfecting, support physical distancing, and implement procedures to reduce contamination spread. We have adapted a cleaning frequency that adheres to CDC standards. We are cleaning all high-touch surfaces including tables and desks, countertops, chair-backs, doorknobs, light switches, cabinet pulls and handles, front desk and reception area, appliance handles and controls, fixtures, coffee station and coffee/tea service items. We have adapted specific protocols to use the right chemicals and process to fight against contamination as well as attended classes and are certified by the CBAC on SARS-CoV-2/ COVID 19,. We have made changes to support physical distancing by optimizing our common spaces and circulation by established foot traffic flow and guidelines. We have optimized common spaces by changing seating arrangements to support 6-foot distances. We have posted clear signage of physical distancing expectations. We have limited number of individuals permitted in and out of the office. We have reduced contaminant spread by implementing sneeze guards, offer contactless invoice and payment, provide prepackaged food options, we also have designated hand sanitizing stations. We will also help to prevent transmission by mandatory usage of PPE in the office and take temperature before entering
