A 6,000sf sound proofed facility with 20ft. ceilings located just north of Downtown LA. Upstairs has office space, hair/make-up green room. Downstairs has 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. Private parking has 8 spaces and plenty of free street parking. Perfect for Films, Commercials, Music Videos, Photo Shoots, Rehersals, and Events.
