The Space
Our large, bright, modern space located in the heart of Newark is in a century old garment factory. We are on the ground floor, flooded with natural light and have open areas and break out rooms. Also, we are thrilled to announce that Melao Cafe is open and serving an array of coffee drinks and healthy, tasty food. 3rd Space is an operating work space and can only host events that are after hours, on weekends and/or cause minimal disruption to our members. 3rd Space has touch-less thermometers, doors and faucets, convex mirrors to minimize blind spots, hand sanitizer stations, plexiglass dividers, six foot markers and a sophisticated HVAC system with MERV 13 filters.
