The Space

Our versatile gallery is a multi-purpose space and retail store front, facing busy Fairfax Ave. The space has a history of promoting art shows, product releases, special events, listening/record release parties for independent and major record label bands. The large front windows are available for promoting events through graphic applications. The total rental space holds about 1020 sq ft. of exhibitor space downstairs. The space delivers an experience that stimulates all the senses. All those who love unbridled creativity and diversity are welcome

The gallery is cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaner after every booking. We offer hand sanitizer available at entrance. Masks are available and are required at all times

Rules *All bookings must end by Midnight. No Late night events. *Leave space as you found it * All trash must be removed * Furniture pads/cardboard boxes required to protect floor from gear * Be respectful of the space and neighbors * No excessive noise/music * One security guard must be present for every 100 patrons * The selling of alcohol is absolutely prohibited. Serving Alcohol requires all guests to be invited 21+ and to be on a guest list and a licensed security guard must be present. The specifics of your event may bring up additional rules. The space could be used for * PopUp Shops * PopUp Art Shows * Filming * Photography This space does NOT allow * Parties * DJs ( you are welcome to use our surround sound speaker system for music only AUX/ Wireless hookup) Be sure to include in your booking request, hours for set up and take down before and after your event hours. Your access to the space begins and ends exactly at the time of your booking

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
