The Space

One of floor (4,000 square feet) of a contemporary art gallery located in Gold Coast. Concrete floors accompany a cool, industrial-but-polished vibe. Perfect for a unique daytime meeting space or to host a cocktail reception for up to 100 people. Our whole gallery space is 14,000 square feet can be rented out for larger events.

All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Party inquires will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Food is permitted with no vendor restrictions. Alcohol is permitted with a DRAM-certified Bartender. Certificate of Insurance required. Respect for the art and furnishings of the gallery is required. Damages may result in additional charges.
