The Space

14,000 square foot contemporary gallery space. Located in the Gold Coast area of Chicago. A spiraled staircase connects two floors of open gallery space--creating dynamic potential for your event. The smaller downstairs space can be rented separately for a reduced rental price ($600/hr). Perfect for cocktail parties, receptions, fundraisers, or a unique meeting setting. Comfortably, the space fits 300 people.

All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Party inquires will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Food is permitted with no vendor restrictions. Alcohol is permitted with a DRAM-certified Bartender. Certificate of Insurance required. Respect for the art and furnishings of the gallery is required. Damages may result in additional charges.
