The Space

What was once a bread factory (built in the 1950s) is now a high-design artist's space centrally located in LA's Frogtown (Elysian Valley). Its massive 2-story walls of windows, gorgeous wooden arches & beams, its polished concrete floors -- evoke the best in NY-style warehouse living....with one important difference: this warehouse district is perched directly on a serene, green stretch of the LA River. It's Downtown but without the downtown noise, traffic snarls, and parking problems. The interior is vast and customizable. The Main Floor is 1500 square feet - access to upstairs available for additional rental fee. Huge open-plan kitchen is great for pop-up brunching & dining events. It has 3 uniquely-designed lounge areas featuring an impressive array of antique and industrial collectibles. All in all, a meticulously crafted & curated space perfect for your next event.
