* 2500 sq ft. concrete backyard with 180' ocean view. * Amazing for parties, wedding events, retreats, photo & movie shoots. * The backyard can be covered with a canopy or utilized as an open space with spectacular Ocean View and Park with plenty of green space in the background. * The Park is also perfect to take pictures, especially for wedding couples * Quiet neighborhood overlooking the park and Pacific Ocean. Easy Access from the main street and ample parking. * Side door to the open backyard is wheel cart accessible to move equipment and accessories.
