I've lived in Chicago just shy of two years and already, its home :) My space is perfect for pop up dinners, cooking classes, photo shoots, corporate meetings, yoga classes and much more! The Space

Hi! I've got a great large open loft style space, with a HUGE living area, tons of natural light, super high ceilings and a stunning view of Lake Michigan. The wonderful day and night views will leave you spellbound and feeling very much at peace. The open kitchen concept means you have even more space for yourself and the upgraded appliances mean you can store/heat items for use later! This space is perfect for secret proposals, intimate weddings, conferences and meetings, dinner parties and more! Please reach out with your requirement today and I will work with you to meet your needs! Furniture included in space is the dining table and the benches More Table/Chairs rentals are available separately, please note rates below. I use a reliable company that will pickup and drop off, or you are welcome to use your own vendor and have them coordinate with me 1. Chairs with leather padded seats: $5 each 2. We charge a flat $75 cleaning fee for events under 4 hours, and $110 cleaning fee for all events over four hours Minimum hours: Weekdays: 3 Weekends: Half or full day only Weekend rate: $150/hr Weekdays: 9am-9pm Weekends and Holidays: 9am - 10pm Available half or full day only Overtime: 1.3 x hourly rate weekday; 1.5 x hourly rate weekend Rental period ends when all equipment, if any, are removed. Hourly rate is dependant on number of people Deposit required upon booking: $450, refundable upon completion of event and deductible for any damages Absolutely NO SMOKING in the space or on the patio/balcony Table/Chairs rental available separately, please note rates: 1.
