My name is Vincenzo. I have two theater venues in East Hollywood with my business partner MICHELLE AND DANIEL. In my free time I am a musician and lead singer of a rock band. I also direct and edit films and am the festival director of an international film festival. The Space

Our space is perfect for live theater, music showcases, magic shows, burlesque, or any creative artistic expression you wish to share. We have moveable seats which allow you to creat the space to how you want it for your specific event. We have a rotating disco ball for dance parties and a 21 channel sound board for live bands and mixing. Our large stage allows for endless avenues for your visual creation. The exposed brick is a beautiful touch and backdrop for that NY city loft feel. We have newly installed Art Deco ceilings in the lobby which create a historic energy that is one of a kind. 6 ton AC unit and lots of additional standing space. Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Due to the ongoing risks of COVID-19 we ask that all crews continue to take precaution when booking large quantity events by providing masks and encouraging those who are sick to stay home. We properly clean and wipe down our space in between bookings to minimize the spread of germs and COVID-19. We have a new 6 ton AC unit with up to date HVAC system We adhere to SAG protocol for safety and acceptable standards regarding COVID-19 We follow whatever is recommended by the CDC guidelines and wish to insure the comfort and safety of all of our guests. To make our jobs easier and to better serve you, please make sure that guests are picking up after themselves, placing trash in appropriate bins, using hand sanitizer when able, and returning the space to as it was when you arrived. This helps expedite our cleaning process and creates a better overall experience for everyone involved. THANK YOU! :)

Please inquire about special flat rate pricing for long term booking (multiple day productions, festivals, events that take place over several days) We are happy to accommodate budgets for these types of events.
