The Space

PLEASE REVIEW HOURLY RATES , BREAKDOWNS & REQUIREMENTS BEFORE CONTACTING! Our outdoor backyard design is ideal for all photo shoots, film / video shoots and small events! This is a unique space that is inspired by Greece and Tulum. Clients will have access to the whole backyard, pool and a garage converted studio for hair/makeup/styling/wardrobe and a small studio setup! (Backdrop usage, if color is available, is $35 per use, WE DO NOT buy specific colored backdrops for clients, if the color you need is available, you may feel free to use for additional cost) LOCATION: in the North Hollywood / Burbank area. Easily accessible from the 5 and 134 freeway. Lots of street parking available & a few parking spots available in the driveway. RATES: 1 - 7 people and Under: $120 per hour + site rep 8 - 15 people: $140 per hour + site rep 16 - 22 people: $155 per hour + site rep 23 - 30 people: $170 per hour + site rep 30 people and up: $185 per hour + site rep REQUIRED SITE REP FEE: ALL shoots require a site rep fee, if so, there will be an additional $25 per hour site rep fee. This property is at a home, so there needs to be a site rep on site throughout the shoot. REQUIRED CLEANING FEE: 7 People & Less: $75 8 - 15 people: $150 16 - 22 people: $225 23 - 30 people: $285 30 people and up: $350 Please note, that we do not profit from any additional fees, including Site Rep fees, cleaning fees, etc. We simply charge the day rate/ hourly rate (or expense), factor in payroll taxes, and Peerspace's commission of 15% on top of said rate/ expense. TRASH: Any large trash must be removed from the premises after the booking. Large productions must bring trash with them, or call a trash pick up service. We recommend: Legacy Trash Removal: (909)566-3090 REQUIRED INSURANCE FOR LARGER PRODUCTIONS: SMALLER SHOOTS ARE EXCLUDED The Guest/ Client will need to submit a General Liability Insurance Certificate showing owners name and the property address as additionally insured/ certificate holders. AREAS OF USE: You will be able to shoot anywhere on the outdoor backyard, pool and studio-garage areas of the property. You may shoot in the front of the house, as long as the house number is not shown in any of the images, or the house number is edited out of the photos or videos. PREP DAYS: Prep days may be charged at half your shoot day rate, and is dependent on availability, scope of work, time needed, owner/site rep. availability, and determined on a case by case basis. We work on a per project/per budget basis and welcome any and all inquiries. Our goal is to make sure that we can accommodate all of your needs in the utmost professional manner.
