Film/Photo/Podcast studio with 10 new Podcast sets available 75 hr and up Sky Track and 4 Videssence 5220 Baselight Green screen/ Studio lights, rhode podcaster 2 with up to 3 microphones, 2 cameras and technician, and full bathroom set located in the heart of Hollywood on Santa Monica Blvd. 2 designated parking spaces and plenty of free street parking surrounding, gated parking for up to 10 cars available every day after 5:30pm and forward during the week and free gated parking on lot for up to 10 cars on the weekends. 4 Hair & make up station, full kitchen, 3 16ft tables and 10 chairs , 2 lounge/waiting areas, private bath, kitchen & entrance. Available 24 hrs. Hold castings, table reads, classes, meetings, pod casts, interviews, events etc. We also have a film & photography crew with a Sony Venice camera with gear if you’re looking for a crew & equipment. Prop and uniform rentals as well cops, EMT and prisoner, Inquire for pricing. Inquire to custom package.
