Hi there! I assist in renting out our in-house green screen/white cyc soundstage. We'd love to host your productionand are the perfect size for taped interviews, insert shots, cooking demos and more.

The Space

Included In Every Rental • 20' x 25' soundproof, pre-lit cyclorama (height is 10-feet to the grid, 7 1/2 feet to the lowest light on the grid) • Lighting grid (10 feet to the grid, 7.5 feet to the lowest light) • LCD HDTV 32" monitor • Lighting and grip package (see equipment list below for details) • Control room space • Hair & makeup room (includes mirror, wardrobe rack, steamer) • Comfortable green room/kitchenette with monitor feed from the stage • Production bull pen with two desks • Moveable kitchen island with induction cooktop & separate prep area • 200-amp power & trash removal • Wireless internet & printer Equipment (some of which is on the grid): 6x DeSisti De-Lux 4 Tube (4 on the grid for Green Screen) 5x DeSisti De-Lux 2 Tube 1x Mole Richardson 2k Junior 1x Mole Richardson 2k Baby Junior 2x Arri 650w 5x Desisti 300w 4x Mole Richardson 200w 10x C-stands 3x Beefy Baby 4x Combo Rollers 4x Telescoping hangers with stirrups Variety of flags, nets, scrims, silks, grip gear, sandbags, B-boards & apple boxes Optional Items Available for Your Rental • Conference room with seating for up to 13 and monitor feed from the stage: $400 • Large bull-pen table with seating for up to 8: $400 • Equipment rental including pick up and return: $1,200 plus the cost of equipment • If the cyclorama is not already the color you need, it can be painted white or green for a fee of $500 + the cost of paint • Additional private offices are available. Early Load In If the studio is not booked the day before your scheduled shoot, we are open to gear drop-off during our normal business hours (10am – 6pm) the day prior to your shoot; but we can not guarantee this. If you want to guarantee access to the stage on the day prior to your shoot we can offer you a rental rate of $1,000. When leaving gear at Pelorus overnight, please note that the gear is stored on the stage overnight. The entry to the facility would be locked, but the doors to the stage itself do not lock so our employees would have access to that space.

Our day rate is $1,500 / 10-hour day (8am – 6pm) plus tax. We offer a half-day rental rate the day prior to a booking for $1,000. Opening the studio prior to 8am or shooting past 6pm would be an additional $200/hour. We charge a $250 key fee for opening on a Saturday or Sunday.
