The Space

1700 square foot duplex in a converted Pencil Factory with 15 feet ceilings and tons of light. The upstairs features a living/dining room, perfect for 6-10 people to comfortably share a meal or work on a project. There are also two bedrooms upstairs, one of them with an incredibly plush rug and one of them with a sofa and desk in it which could be used as breakout rooms. Downstairs is the basement-level lounge (though there is a huge window so it doesn't feel like a basement) with floor seating for 6-10 and a home theater set up: projector, surround sound speakers, etc. The space would be perfect for a team meeting, film screening, workshop, photo shoot, or class.

Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, etc We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days.
