The Space

PERFECT for photoshoots. This light-flooded brownstone has 15' high ceilings with tall windows and marble fireplace. It has beautiful origonal plaster moldings, 2 Wood Burning Marble Fireplaces, custom designed built in bookshelves, pickled white hard wood floors throughout, a fabulously designed galley kitchen, entertainers DREAM living room and 1 HUGE Bedroom with gigantic bay window, fireplace and unbelievable details. Also great for a small cocktail party. There is a ground floor office that is available to rent as well for BOH or coat check.
