Founded in 2013 by Katie Michel, the Gallery is a project space located on 28th street in New York City. In addition to the gallery, Michel works at a fine art press, that publishes artist’s books and limited edition prints, which was founded by Leslie Miller in 1979. Katie Michel is a graphic designer, and print publisher; she serves on the boards of the International Print Center New York and Wave Hill, a public garden and cultural center in the Bronx. Michel attended Yale University.

The Space

The gallery is a parlor floor loft space located in NoMad in New York City with a roof terrace. The building is on Tin Pan Alley, the strip between Fifth and Sixth Avenues which historically housed the city’s musicians, shops, and musical publishers in the early twentieth century. The space is Ideal for fashion shoots, art exhibitions, pop-up sales, readings, concerts or small parties.
