A professional photographer by trade I started these lofts because I saw a need instead of your polished white box spaces to have authentic lofts spaces that have retained the look feeling of a spaces that has a history dating back to the 1890's when the building was built. We currently have 4 open floor plan loft spaces that are different in look and feel and could be customized for your clients vision.

The Space

Thank you for visiting. Our ground floor authentic loft is located in the heart of New York City's historic SOHO district. Our lofts offers 100 feet of ground floor store frontage and offers 16 feet ceilings with an open floor plan. The space could also include a finished basement connected by both an internal elevator as well as large internal staircase. We have hosted Fashion Shows, Product Launches and Trade shows. We have several other lofts located within the same location so please inquire. Unfortunately would cannot offer the space as a retail pop up at this time, so please inquire the specifics of your event.
