I am a touring musician. I play events in The Hamptons every Summer, and then back to Australia, Asia, etc. I have one massive beach party every July. Last year we maxed out at 150 persons. Great time, no issues. I am also a commercial videographer. I do promo videos for entertainers, and events.

The Space

We're talking Beach Event here. Outside, the yard, the deck, and the beach. This is beautiful Bay Beach, no there's no major concern about waves, or sharks. There is an apartment lower section of the house that is accessible for changing, shower, food prep, toilet. There is an additional bathroom on the opposite side of the house as well. There's a gas BBQ, full on sound system for background music, or a full p.a. system for live music or DJ. In effect, we're talking outdoor events.
