@HawkerStudios, conveniently located in Downtown Los Angeles offers 700 SQFT of multipurpose event space. Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Our space is cleaned by a professional company in between bookings. All high-touch surfaces and bathroom is disinfected. Space has open access to fresh air ventilation. Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected For each booking we: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans. The following equipment is provided for every guest: Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels The space has the following features: Capacity is limited based on state and local guidelines Space has access to outdoor air ventilation Space has additional space outdoors The space has informational signage including: Detailed checklist of updated cleaning procedure. COVID-19 guest guidelines print outs ----- Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
