The Space
Production studio in the heart of Little Italy. Street entrance first floor walk up. North facing natural light with ability to control light with white curtains or black out curtains. Our space is perfect for photography/video shoots, make-up and wardrobe holding area, workshops, casting calls, pop-up showrooms and art exhibitions. - Equipped with 9ft x 9ft photography backdrop / projection screen (107" seamless cyc wall equipped with white, black and chroma green roll downs) - 15ft x 10ft fabric roll out chroma green set up for additional fee. - Two C-Stands with knuckles, arms & 15lb sand bags, 3 light stands, variety of bounces, coat rack and stand alone garment steamer. - Black out curtains for controlled interior lighting. - A separate break out room with full kitchen, original hardwood floors, authentic loft feel, optional table and chairs, half bathroom, iron cast bathtub and deep basin sink. - Optima projector (ceiling mounted with remote for for film screenings, power points and slide shows. - Stereo with 2 table top speakers and subwoofer (blue tooth operated, USB and 1/4" inputs) - Spectrum High-Speed WiFi, ARRIS router, 100 mbps download (latency 15 ms); 25 mbps upload. - 3' x 8' fold out table top / 30" high off the ground (100lbs capacity). - 21" x 37" HD flat screening television / viewing monitor (wall mounted) - Corner Desk with Herman Miller Aeron Chair for editing bay or producers work space. - Standing garment steamer, full length free standing mirror & 5ft long garment rack. - AC and heating units equipped for large space. - Additional add-ons for lighting, audio and camera gear available upon request.

Health & Safety Policy
During the COVID-19 epidemic and due to New York State government advisory safety precautions we can not host dinner parties, large gatherings and social events until these restrictions have been lifted. We are currently hosting fashion showrooms with visits limited to individual buyers, video productions and photography shoots with organizers and guests agreeing to the following rules: - Upon entry or reentry in to the studio our guests must wash their hands with soap and hot water for 20 seconds. - All guests (with the exception of "on camera" models or actors) are required to wear face masks at all times. - Once guests are in the building it is highly recommended that guests should not come and go unless it is required for production purposes or meal breaks. Cigarette breaks and stepping out for phone calls are discouraged. - Organizers and guests must bring their own utensils, glasses and plate ware for craft services. Our studio will provide hand soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper and tissues in addition to following standard practices for cleaning and sanitizing our space immediately before each event.
