THE HOUSE 4 EVENTS aims to be one of the premier event venues in the Design District/Wynwood area. Our versatile location can be rented for both indoor and outdoor events, and we offer in-house production services to customize, staff, and create pop-ups and activations to ensure an exceptional experience for you and your guests. Our venue is ideally located on the cusp of the Design District and Wynwood neighborhoods, providing easy access to some of the most vibrant and exciting areas in Miami. With 5,000 square feet of open loft indoor space and an additional 3,500 square feet of gated outdoor area, we offer ample room to accommodate any event, whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a large-scale celebration.
