The Space

Welcome to special home located in the hills known for its vast outdoor space, and scenic views, perfect for your wedding day or other special event. A sprawling iconic Californian estate with stunning views, our home is a treasure trove for weddings, birthdays, filming, or any event which requires spacious room to meet your unique needs. Your one stop shop for event planners, filmmakers, photographers, and creatives alike, offering a diverse palette of settings for photoshoots, interviews, documentaries, feature films, and exclusive events. Why Choose Our Estate? Flexibility in the decor: Feel free to move our furniture around or tuck away in the garage to arrange the space in the manner that you need it. Diverse and ample Spaces: Spread across a vast expanse, our property boasts both a large front yard and back yard with hidden areas for privacy for caterers to set up their food prep stations. The backyard is big enough to house an alter with ample seating up to 70-100 guests with a long walkway for a wedding procession. We also have a structure for a gazebo that can be decorated and used for your alter. There is also ample space to set up your tables for guests, buffet tables, dance floor, bar, etc. Sound Quality: Our location is a sanctuary of silence, ensuring pristine audio capture for your projects or wedding ceremony. Californian Coastal Architecture: Equipped with two indoor fireplace and one outdoor fireplace, 2 water fountains, expansive windows, mountain views, greenery all around, gated home for privacy, piano. Charming Interiors: With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths available at your disposal for bride and groom getting ready photo sessions, changing areas, or simply just to sleep in the night before the event. Every corner is curated to perfection, ensuring your production or event is imbued with luxury and character. Additional Services: If there is anything else that you wish to see, please do not hesitate to ask us and we will do our best to accommodate. Iconic Features: Our two living rooms are graced with fireplaces that make for a wonderful sitting area while your guests wait, photo ops, and focal point. Long dining table for a more intimate event indoors. Stunning grand entrance and staircase. Versatile Amenities: Just like any home, ours is equipped with a full kitchen with dual ovens, 5 burner stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Lush Outdoors: Take advantage of our verdant backyard, offering privacy on both sides of the house from neighboring houses. We are excited to be a part of your special day. We try to make sure we provide a quality cleaning service either by spending our own time in cleaning in depth or by providing a cleaning crew prior to arrival so that the guest can expect a welcoming environment. As we have people on our team that worked for years in the healthcare industry we know how crucial it is to maintain a sanitized environment.

Extra fees might include cleaning fee and if you would prefer more tables or chairs it can be provided at an extra fee. Any outside services such as vendors will be be event planners responsibility. Disclaimer: by agreeing to these terms, you are absolving the house owner from any and all liability stemming from actions unrelated to defects in the house. This includes but is not limited to: driving while intoxicated, pool related accidents/injuries, etc... Home owner is not responsible or liable to an injuries/accidents occurring during and after the time of the rental.
