Hip/Cool Asian Restaurant/Events/Films

This was once a hip asian fusion restaurant. It has a giant Budda that can be removed. Two different bars, three different rooms. It really looks like it could be in a Quentin Torantnio movie. There's also a full industrial kitchen, and break rooms, and offices. You can rent the space for parties, events, after parties, night club, a lounge, films and photo shoots, weddings or whatever else you can dreams of.
