Bellport Village, Long Island is an idyllic seaside community just 65 miles outside of Manhattan, known for its celebrated “Ho-Hum” ocean beach, historic architecture, Gateway Playhouse and relaxed small town feel. The Space

Looking for a beautiful historic property in a quaint sea-side community? We are located on the South Shore of Long Island, only 65 miles from NYC. Photographers love our abundant natural night, white walls, serene aesthetic and neutral decor. We offer a large main house with 4 bedrooms, a stunning sunroom/bar, large living area, dining room and professional kitchen. Our garden suite offers a magical space with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Tucked away, our a stand alone cottage offers an open floor plan, two floors, skylights and its own patio. Our spaces are professionally decorated and reflect vintage one-of-a-kind finds, local art and luxurious touches. Our gardens are lovingly tended to and aim to create a sense of tranquility. Enjoy a moment under our pergola cloaked with grape vines, discover our blueberry bushes or help yourself to the treasures of our beautiful herb garden. Outdoor Showers, BBQ Grills, Outdoor Fire Pits are available.

Our size and layout lends itself naturally to social distancing. The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. We are providing hand sanitizer to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, etc We ventilate the space before cleaning and after it was used We are disinfecting our space thanks to a professional housekeeping company Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other event services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
