The Space

This is a truly unique events space located in a renovated 19th century munitions warehouse turned arts center on Governors Island in New York Harbor, a short 8 minute ferry ride from Lower Manhattan. The space is on the 2nd floor and light-flooded through rows of windows on 3 sides with incredible views on the Manhattan Skyline. It has 22 ft ceilings and exposed original beams, an industrial/clean design with all modern amenities. Perfect for corporate retreats and events as well as film- and photo shoots.
