great site for film, tv, shoots, events. weddings, etc.......we have local caterers to choose from, or your own. we offer a small prep kitchen with stove, bar area, a ticketing area, and a change room area. plus we have other buildings on site for mer rental space.

The Space

The Barn is a beautiful over 100 year old structure at the heart of the Woodstock Art Colony, placed in 1979 on the National Register of Historic Sites. Built by visionaries with a utopian idea of creating an artists community in nature, the Barn continues to serve today as a site for performances, theater, and celebrations. Fees for Barn rental help sustain and maintain our mountainside not-for-profit arts community. The Barn is one hundred feet long and thirty feet wide. The interior accommodates groups of 135 at table seating, with lots of room for a dance floor and set up space. -Holds 170 people seated in chairs or standing, or holds 135 people seated at tables -2 bathrooms -No kitchen facilities (caterer must bring own equipment)( stove only, bar, work tables in barn, lower area lots of space for set up) -Parking available -Film, television & photo shoots $2,000.00 per day minimum plus other fees that apply. -Weddings: $5,200 minimum. Mandatory 3-day use (Friday-Sunday) due to rental company requirements for drop-off and pick-up of tables, chairs, and linens. -An additional $500 surcharge will be charged on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day). -Additional cleaning fee: $250. -Security deposit: $5000. Property Manager/Assistant at hourly rate. Trash removal fees tbd. ,
