This space is perfect for photoshoots and intimate events (birthday brunches/dinners, networking events, engagements, baby or wedding showers). Situated in an intimate, lush, quite courtyard complex, this contemporary 2 bedroom 1 bath, end unit home's highlights include an open floor plan, upstairs loft ideal for an office/media room and approximately 20 foot ceilings. The dining and living room features include wood floors, fireplace and spacious sunny balcony with large storage closet while the kitchen boasts a breakfast bar, newer red oak cabinets and stainless steel appliances and adjacent laundry room/pantry. The spacious main bedroom features and en suite bath, large walk-in closet and glass enclosed balcony. There are 2 independent parking spaces, guest parking, community orchard and compost area.
