This gorgeous Hollywood Hills estate will make you feel like you are enjoying a vacation at a luxurious resort. Chaise lounges and palm trees line the bi-level pool and spa. Arches alongside the pool are reminiscent of a Spanish villa. You can escape the LA sun in our shaded seating area. The interior boasts gorgeous antique furniture and eclectic art pieces. All 5000 sq ft of our outdoor oasis plus the entry room, living room, family room, and balconies are available for you to utilize for your photo and film shoots. We have a 1982 Lamborghini Countach and a 1986 Zimmer Golden Spirit available to shoot in the driveway for an additional charge. Discounted rate available if you choose to use ONLY the pool/outdoor areas. If you plan to have anyone inside the pool you MUST sign a liability waiver or provide your own insurance. Photo/film productions only. No events or gatherings. *please note* Base rate shown is for up to 7 people. 8+ guests is a higher rate. More people = more noise and cars = more cleaning and risk of disturbing neighborhood. Thank you for understanding!
