Fully equipped with a kitchen and two bathrooms this 1500 sq ft place has everything you need to have a fully functioning party. This is an #LGBTQ safe and 420 friendly space and there is a liquor store below for all your beverage and snack needs. Let us know if you have any questions about this historic loft space that has been fully transformed from the days when Marilyn Manson used to call this space a hangout. Please inquire if you are seeking catering or other accommodations as we have an in-house top-rated chef.
