This property is my childhood home. My father was an architect & my mother an interior designer. Together, in 1966, they began renovation of this historic mill from it's abandoned state, which became a life long project I am continuing with. This was a magical place to grow up, giving me a unique perspective on life. Now, as a host, I enjoy sharing the property with others. I split my time between the countryside and NYC, where I work as a conceptual artist, prop stylist and set designer.

The Space

Historic 17th century watermill, set in it's own enchanting grounds with waterfalls, stone walls and large multi-level outdoor entertaining spaces, including a large walled courtyard, a large deck and multiple lawns. Inside, the house boasts stylish mid-century design set against a rustic backdrop. Lofted interior spaces combine with intimate private nooks throughout the house. Only 2 hrs from NYC. Full furnished, kitchen, open plan living/dining room, sitting room, 3 bathrooms, on site parking.

For full day rates: 1 Day $7500 2 Days $10000 3 Days $15000 4 Days $17500 Full day rate is based on a consecutive 10-hour day. Overtime is billed at 1.5X for hours 10-12 and 2X for hours 12-14. For photoshoots and films, we require production companies to have their own insurance, with the owner and location listed as additional insured. The Mill is not available for larger events like weddings at this time.
