Our creative building is a former cold storage warehouse nestled in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. We are in a great urban location with our own raw and unique warehouse appeal. Our venue is open for events such as film productions, weddings, exhibitions, movie screenings, photo shoots, classes, rehearsals, and meetings. We also feature private office suites and warehouse spaces with innovative interior design, that are open and naturally lit with several overhead skylights, concrete planters, and every unit is plenty customizable to your liking. Our building is surrounded by a community rich in culture, artistic expression, and growing vitality. The Arts District, Little Tokyo and the ever popular Japanese Village is just a couple miles away. With 3,000 square footage of venue space, there is ample room for events with 100 up to 1000 people. With an additional 3,000 sqft of office and warehouse space, we have accommodations for solo entrepreneurs and even teams up to 5-10 people.
