The Space

The space is about 1250 sq ft, bright and open! High ceilings in the back, perfect for any kind of shoot or event. We are open to all kinds of events so just let us know what your idea is and I'm sure we can accommodate you. The building has 24/7 access available, space is located on a quiet street in the heart of Downtown. No lighting or camera equipment is included in the booking. NOTE: For all bookings that will have 50 guests or more, require usage of the bathroom and/or involve alcohol - at least (1) security guard is required. We work with a team of trusted guards, their rate is $25 per hour, per guard. Please keep this in mind when booking with us. Thank you!

Please make sure to wear masks when in large groups. We clean in between each booking, please make sure to leave the space how you found it. If you are not feeling well, please reach out to use about rescheduling your booking, or have the individual who is under the weather stay home.
