Large, light-filled flexible artist's loft in the heart of Soho. All furniture is on wheels and can be moved to modify the space. The space can accommodate many types of events and shoots. Perfect for creative productions, photography and video shoots, showrooms, meetings, baby and bridal showers, and dinner events. High ceilings (12 ft). Lots of windows and natural light. Great Soho view from windows. Boho and Industrial/modern decor and art on the walls. Area with natural light for hair and make-up sections. The loft features a large bedroom that can also be used for staging, wardrobe, equipment, etc. Full chef's kitchen. Full bathroom with 2 sinks and a separate sauna. The loft is on the 5th floor in a walk-up building. We have a freight elevator that can be reserved ahead of time during business hours, for a small extra fee. Additionally, our team can help you carry your equipment up and down. I have a professional photography studio that can also be set up in the loft, including Pro-foto lighting. Perfect for meetings, shoots, productions, showrooms, film, video and photography shoots, lifestyle shoots, holiday parties, and all types of events.
