Our facilities are perfect for photographers, filmmakers, and content creators. We also offer modern office spaces for rent. The Space

Indoor Multifunctional Performance Hall/Stage It is a comprehensive venue integrating performances, activities and exhibitions. It can meet the needs of customers and hold small concerts, small dramas, talk shows, fashion shows, dance performances, lectures, ceremonies, conferences, exhibitions, auctions, etc., and can accommodate 150 people. Our Multifunctional Performance Hall can be adjusted according to different performance needs, equipped with high-end audio, lighting, LED large screen and other equipment. We also provide other services with additional fees Videographer Post-editing professional host Performance During the weekend, the whole building's AC is off, if your booking is in the weekend, and you need the AC, it is $60/hour. We have conveniently located right next to a parking facility. The daily rate for parking is $12.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

At our studio, we are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all our customers. To achieve this, we have developed the following health and safety policy: Equipment safety: All equipment used in the studio, including cameras, lighting, and props, must be used safely and with care. Any faulty or damaged equipment should be reported immediately to studio management. Electrical safety: All electrical equipment and wiring in the studio must be used safely and in accordance with safety standards. Electrical cords must be kept out of walkways and away from water sources. Fire safety: We have installed smoke detectors and fire extinguishers throughout the studio to minimize the risk of fire. In case of an emergency, customers must know the location of fire exits and evacuation procedures. Health and hygiene: Customers must follow good hygiene practices, such as washing hands regularly and maintaining cleanliness in the studio. If anyone feels unwell, they should inform studio management immediately. By renting our studio, customers agree to follow this Health and Safety Policy. We reserve the right to remove any customer who does not comply with this policy or who poses a risk to themselves or others.
