My name is Vic and I am the owner of the epic Creative Co-Op - a 4-acre facility with several indoor studios and a three-acre backlot. These facilities are very private and perfect for film & video production companies and photographers, We also are home to The Woodlands Art League, and rent individual studio spaces to several local painters. I have been a commercial photographer for over 40 years, and our facilities are designed by creative people for creative people. Feel free to use our outdoor sets, or bring/build your own. We have equipment for rent, and production staff and crew available if needed. If you are looking for a really special venue, please come by and check out the epic Creative Co-op.

The Space

This listing is for a small studio space we have at the epic Creative Co-Op. The studio measures 12' x 25" with an 8' high ceiling. The rental includes backdrops (black, white and green screen), studio lights, and a tripod on wheels. You will also have access to our outdoor facilities and sets. Rates are for standard business hours (9-5, M-F). Weekend, evening and holiday rates are at 1.5 x the standard rates. Our minimum rental is for 2 hours. All quotes for our facilities are custom, so please let me know what you have planned and I will work out a quote perfect for you. Rates: 1-4 people - $35/hour - studio or outdoor use 5-10 people - $45/hour - studio or outdoor use 11-50 people - $55/hout (outdoor rental only)
