Industrial Coffee Shop with Warm Lighting

Our coffee shop a warm, lofted space, recently built blending mid-century design with modern angles and lines. Attached to a coffee roastery, located in West Berkeley, we're located blocks away from McLaughlin Eastshore State Seashore and about 2 miles from the Ashby Bart station. The coffee shop has a capacity of up to 10 guests with amazing, unique lighting for photo shoots and video productions. With meter-free daytime street parking and free parking lot access, you can't go wrong with our beautiful venue! Disclosure: This space is only available on Sundays as of now. It is attached to a coffee roastery (see pictures), which is one of the aspects of the room that makes it so unique. However, the roastery is a full production space, and may have people working in it when you're renting the space. Noise is very minimal in the coffee shop and shouldn't affect photo shoots.
