We are a boutique design studio in Long Island City specializing in timeless and elegant branding, web design and art direction. We dedicate a portion of our sunlit design studio for photographers and creative entrepreneurs to use as a calming venue for their own photoshoots, workshops, and client meetings.

The Space

Our 700 square foot daylight studio features 13’ ceilings, original hardwood floors and three 8’ tall windows that bring in ample natural light. Situated on the second floor of an early 20th century silk production factory in Long Island City, our studio space is thoughtfully designed to provide a calming venue for photographers and creative entrepreneurs to host their own photoshoots, workshops, and client meetings – tucked away from the chaos of New York City. Uses: – Photoshoots – Workshops – Meetings Key amenities: – 13’ high exposed ceilings – Three large 8’ windows, all east-facing – Fits small crews of up to 6 people comfortably (maximum capacity: 10) – Self check-in – Located on the second floor – Original hardwood floors – 8’ by 8’ rolling backdrop with two backgrounds – Wall-mounted seamless backgrounds in white, black and grey – A curated collection of props and backdrops available for rental – Two antique 6’ long wooden tables available for workshops and meetings – Wifi – Bluetooth speaker – Makeup station – Changing room – Fresh coffee and tea included in every rental Included in your rental: – C-stands with grip arm kit (5) – V-Flats (2) – Apple boxes in various sizes (4) – Sandbags (6) – 25’ AC power extension cords (2) – A-clamps (8) – C-clamps (4) – 3’ garment rack (1) – Rolling cart (1) – 6’ long antique wooden tables (2) – Stools and chairs (12) – Self-serve coffee and tea Nearby transportation: 39th Ave (N/Q) – 0.5 Miles 21st Street Queensbridge (F) – 0.7 Miles Queensboro Plaza (7) – 1.0 Miles Occupancy: We recommend a maximum occupancy of 6 people for photoshoots and 10 people for workshops and meetings. 24-Hour Surveillance: Please note that there are security cameras on premises and the rental unit excluding the changing room is subject to 24-hour video surveillance.
