It's made up of designers, fabricators, and master craftsmen, who collaborate together to create memorable experiences through iconic design. My space is open for a vast range of opportunities. The Space

Available 7 days a week I 6am - 11pm This is a beautiful warehouse space. It serves as a digital fabrication and prototyping shop for a design studio in Venice Beach. A total of 10,000 sqft of indoor/outdoor space. This space includes an attached re-purposed shipping container beaming with opportunity. Design features in the shop include exposed white brick, bow truss ceilings and polished concrete floors. Sonos sound system available. Pantry space available with counter space and a full refrigerator in the new kitchen. Street parking. Wheelchair accessible. Two bathrooms. Often used by private supper clubs for evening events of up to 200 people. This space is ideal for parties, meetings, conferences, dinners, classes, photo shoots and more. Design features in the container include 3 fold away worktables, 2.5 desks, 2 rows of ceiling lights and 8 outlets throughout. Plenty of natural light provided by four large skylights and sixteen windows in the shop as well as one skylight through the entire length of the space in the shipping container. CATERING Outside catering by a licensed and insured vendor is allowed upon approval with Host. ADDITIONAL RENTALS + SERVICES Any additional furnishings, equipment, decor, etc. may be an additional cost to the guest.
