This 1600 sq ft farmhouse industrial space boasts 13 ft ceilings, tons of natural daylight and a beautiful kitchen decked out with oversized subway tiles, white quartz countertops and amazing brand new stainless steel appliances. The space also features a 12 ft long 16 people farmhouse table making it great for serving a small group or for pop up dinners. In addition there is a lounge like feel on the other side of the open studio where there is plenty of seating and entertainment including a big screen TV with streaming capabilities and surround sound to link straight up to your playlist. This place is perfect for entertaining or regular photo shoots for lifestyle or especially food related content. I can be flexible on days, times and costs. Please no DJ's! Food can only be catered in or brought in but no from scratch cooking please.
