Industrial Light-filled Event Space

Situated on the waterfront in the vibrant neighborhood of Dumbo, our space offers a truly unique venue for private parties and corporate events. The building is across the street from the picturesque Manhattan Bridge. Located in the recently renovated “Boiler Building”, the gallery is an especially exciting space with tremendous architectural elements. The 6,000 square foot gallery boasts a ceiling that soars to 35 feet. There are 25 windows on two levels providing beautiful light and a spectacular view. The rental is for the 12-hour minimum period. The space includes dimming overhead lights, restrooms, and a separate prep area with an electric stove, sink and refrigerator. Smack Mellon does not provide any rental equipment or catering services. Clients can choose to either work with our favorite vendors below or others, subject to approval.
