I AM ALSO VERY INTO ART AND WELLBEING SO I HAVE HOSTED A SERIES OF ART SHOWS AND LIFESTYLE EVENTS IN MY SPACE OVER THE YEARS.

Health and Safety Policy Introduction: We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all individuals using our rental facilities. We recognize the importance of maintaining high standards of health and safety to protect the well-being of our customers, tenants, and visitors. Scope: This policy applies to all activities and individuals within our space, including tenants, customers, and any other visitors utilizing our rental facilities. Cleaning: We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning. Legal and Regulatory Compliance: We are dedicated to complying with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations. Our rental location will regularly review and update our practices to ensure ongoing compliance. Responsibilities: Management is responsible for providing leadership and resources to maintain a safe environment. All individuals using the rental facilities are expected to follow safety guidelines and report any concerns promptly. Risk Assessment and Management: Regular risk assessments will be conducted to identify potential hazards within the rental facilities. Control measures will be implemented to mitigate identified risks. Individuals are encouraged to report any hazards or concerns promptly. Training and Communication: Safety guidelines will be communicated to all individuals using the rental facilities. Relevant safety information will be prominently displayed. Regular communication channels, such as newsletters and signage, will be used to disseminate important health and safety information. Emergency Procedures: Emergency evacuation procedures will be clearly communicated to all individuals. Emergency exits will be marked and easily accessible. Regular emergency drills will be conducted to ensure preparedness. Incident Reporting: All incidents, accidents, and near misses must be reported promptly. An incident reporting system will be in place to document and investigate incidents. Lessons learned from incidents will be used to improve safety measures. Health Surveillance: Health surveillance measures, such as the availability of first aid, will be implemented as necessary. Individuals will be provided with information on protecting their health within the rental facilities. Safety Equipment and Facilities: Adequate safety equipment, including emergency exits, lighting, and first aid kits, will be provided and maintained. Facilities will be designed and maintained to ensure a safe environment for all users.
