The Space

We are an elegant multi-purpose event space to host your intimate gatherings or events. Our all-white 1500 Square Feet venue, located in Coppell Texas, is an event planner’s dream to design any type of event. To help you create an event catered to your taste, we let you bring your own vendors, or choose from our list of preferred vendors. We provide tables, gold Chiavari chairs, tablecloths, a sound system, kitchenette, and round arch with your rental.

A Refundable Incidental Deposit of $250 is required for every. This is due 3 days before the event, and will be refunded 24 hours after the event, following inspection for damages and missing items. Cleaning fee of $150 is OPTIONAL. The space should be returned the same way it was given to you (clean, no trach, no décor, no personal items, etc.)

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
