The Space
Space is a rentable photo studio located in San Fernando, CA. Photographers, videographers, and creatives of any level are welcome to enjoy the convenience of a laid back setting, minutes away from the chaos of Downtown, Los Angeles.

Minimum hours: 2Rental rate is dependent upon the TOTAL amount of people in the booking party. EVERY person is accounted for, even if they are staggered throughout the shoot/event. There are no exceptions.
Hourly rate begins at $35/hr, for up to 6 people.
A fee of $5 per hour, per person, over the capacity (6 people) will be charged. No exceptions. The maximum capacity of the studio is ten (10) people.
Any unused time is non-refundable. Renter is responsible for the full balance.
Allow time for setup and cleanup WITHIN the reservation period.
Studio must be returned to its original condition to avoid a $50 cleaning fee.
Please do not arrive early.
The studio is not soundproof. Audio can be recorded, but is not advised at certain times.
Pornographic photography/filming is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed in the studio. Service dogs are exempt. Please have copy of proof handy.
Studio is available to rent from 9am - 6pm, 5 days a week. Should your booking go over 6pm, overtime rates will apply at double the original hourly rate.
