Intrinsic Space at The Brewery

Intrinsic Space at The Brewery is a completely multipurpose and minimalistic loft. Use it as an Off-Site meeting or function space as there is seating for up to 20 people and a table large enough to accommodate 10-12 people. The space can easily 60 people for cocktail parties or an Artist Gallery Viewing. The space is big enough to have 30 people do Yoga and Dance Classes. The floor is made up of hard wearing rubber matts commonly found in gyms. You could have cocktail parties, silent discos or movie nights with a 3D Digital Projector and projects an image that is 18 feet wide. The ceiling is 40 ft high at its highest point and has a large skylight and huge windows at the front to provide a generous amount of natural light. The possibilities are almost endless at Intrinsic Space. On the Mezzanine, there is a work station with monitor and printer. A professional Espresso machine and a 4K Monitor / TV can be available upon request. There is a full Bathroom and Kitchen but parties over 15 will require a Porta Potty Rental Fee.
