The Space

Welcome to the Villa, a magical oasis in the center of Miami Beach. 1929 exquisite Mediterranean charming home reminiscent of a Roman villetta with sprawling gardens and a very unique pool surrounded by palm trees. Tall hedges guarantee complete privacy, a quiet & peaceful place for your event. Heated and cooled lighted pool. Perfect space for photo shoots, videos, & interviews. The outdoor space has beautiful landscaping and vegetation providing a tranquil private space with amazing light. Beautiful brick exterior covered terrace. Pyle Bluetooth sound system to connect. Interior space with bathroom available at extra cost. If an additional interior room is needed for changing or the kitchen is needed for preparing meals there will be a separate charge.
