This Eclectic Family room is located in my Jersey City apartment. Our 200+ sq ft space is perfect for photoshoots, interviews, music videos, as well as podcasts. At this time, we are able to accommodate bookings 24/7 with adjusted rates. Upon entering the space, you will be welcomed by a white Zender piano, and pop culture wall decor of all things I love. During your booking you will also have access to the bathroom for filming purposes. Access to the bedrooms is prohibited. Features: Wi-Fi Smart TV LED/RBG Wi-Fi controlled chandelier lighting. Medium floor mirror 10ft ceilings. For additional fees we can provide the following features: Extra folding chairs for crew C Stand Blackout curtains 6ft folding table with cover. LED lantern Bluetooth speakers There will be a host on site during you booking that will assist you when it comes to moving furniture or decor, Wi-Fi and lighting control and recommendations for lunch. We are conveniently located 25 minutes outside of New York City via the Holland Tunnel. There is free street parking on site. Alternate side parking rules do apply. The Journal Square stop on the PATH train is 12 minutes away. As well as NJ Transit that takes you from Time Square 42nd st to our front door.
