The Space

This space was created by a well-known (and, yes, edgy...) film producer and a prominent screenwriter who married and used this dramatic setting for film maker retreats. American Psycho was not written here, but a number of their other films were. Renowned actors and directors have all enjoyed this stunning location with it's monumental skylines and creative vibes in this comfortable and expansive 5-bed, 4500 square foot desert house. The 5 acre outdoor space includes a spacious exterior deck, yoga platform, large swimming pool with integrated spa, and views for miles. Please note that after booking, you will be required to sign a separate production agreement and provide a separate security deposit directly with the property owner.

Health & Safety Policy

We are one of the most socially distant businesses and are doing the following to make sure our renters are safe: -No contact everything. You will not meet or come in contact with anyone. All self-checkin and checkout. ⁠⁠ -No team member that displays any symptoms will be permitted to clean or enter the home.⁠⁠ -All linens are washed at the highest heat setting. That includes bedsheets, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, etc.⁠⁠ -Extra attention on frequently touched surfaces. Light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucet handles, are all cleaned and disinfected before guest arrival.⁠⁠ -We always meticulously clean and disinfect our houses in anticipation of your arrival. ⁠⁠ Come enjoy social distancing in the desert with us!⁠⁠
